In this 6 week process group you will learn evidence based strategies for bouncing back from life's greatest challenges..   You will practice mindfulness meditation;  Explore your personal and professional story, and begin re-telling it through writing exercises.   Learn strategies and tools ready to implement to begin your journey into a more stress resilient future. This group will incorporate cognitive behavioral strategies and mindfulness based stress reduction techniques to guide participants through exercises to create stress resilience.
