This workshop allow you time to reflect and understand what stress is and how stress impacts the mind, body, emotions, relationships, and spirit. You will begin to target and identify what your stress is all about.
You will explore your story, and perhaps begin re-telling it through writing.
You will learn strategies and ready to implement tools to begin your journey into a more stress resilient future. Marci incorporates mindfulness based stress reduction techniques with cognitive behavioral strategies to guide participants through exercises to create more stress resilient professional and personal lives.
