Stress resilience accepts that life is stressful and change is hard. When it comes down to it our relationships have a profound impact on our well-being. Stress resilience accepts that even the most positive life change involves grief and stress. Stress resilience does not eliminate or deny adversity or painful loss. Stress resilience embraces adversity and change as a building block necessary for personal and professional growth. Stress resilience is training for a balanced and meaningful life.
This workshop is designed to help you understand how stress is impacting your mind, body, emotions, relationships, and spirit and you will target and identify what your stress is all about.
You will explore your story, and perhaps begin re-telling it through writing and sharing to your comfort level.
You will learn strategies and ready to implement tools to begin your journey into a more stress resilient future. Marci incorporates mindfulness based stress reduction techniques with cognitive behavioral strategies to guide participants through exercises to create stress resilience. She also uses research from Brene Brown's work on shame resilience and vulnerability to guide process work on boundary setting.
We look forward to a enlightening Saturday morning of process work and experiencing. This will be the introductory group and ongoing support will be offered on-going at this time moving forward.
